Usage information. We store your gem balance, generation history, and images saved to your gallery so your account reflects your activity across sessions.
Local browser storage. We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits. This data stays on your device and is not shared with third parties.

- To process the photos, videos, and prompts you submit through our tools and generate results
- To track and display your gem balance and usage
- To maintain your personal gallery of generated content
- To troubleshoot issues and keep the Service secure and functioning correctly
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SWAP-ME. When you use our tools, relevant data is shared with these providers solely to deliver the requested feature:
- Google Sign-In — used for account authentication. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Replicate — processes uploaded images and text for AI face swap, image editing, background removal, and voice generation.
- LightX — processes uploaded images for clothing swap, AI effects, and image generation.
These providers process your content only to generate the output you requested and do not have independent access to your SWAP-ME account.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account information and generated content are stored on our servers. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account information and gallery content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.
6. Children's Privacy
SWAP-ME is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
